Postage

All parcels are sent with Royal Mail, the price is exactly what it cost me to post them to you, there are no hidden charges. In the rare event of an overcharge because I have made a mistake with the listing, this will be refunded when the label is generated and the mistake noticed. (please see the list below for service and postage prices to individual countries)

Packaging

I do not do fancy packaging or add freebies, my packaging is secure but plain and I cover the cost myself.

Delivery

All my items are made to order so will take a little time to get to you, I work as fast as I can but there is only me here to do everything, I will not compromise quality to produce items faster and sometimes I am very busy. If you would like to place an order but require it by a specific date please contact me and I will give you an idea if that can be met.

All items over £20 in price are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class signed for within the UK, International tracked and signed for to Europe and International tracked for everywhere else.

Items below £20 are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class within the UK, International Standard for everywhere else.
