Returns from outside the UK must have the original CN22 form on the outside of the packaging and be marked as a return, if this is not done any taxes due are to be paid by the buyer and will be deducted from the refund. If the refund does not cover the taxes the returned item it will not be collected and no refund or replacement will be issued.

Under UK law a full refund (including postage) must be paid, this does not apply to countries outwith the UK in which case, only the price of the goods will be refunded. The buyer must inform us that she/ he wishes to return an item/ items before posting within 14 days of receipt of the goods and returned within a further 14 days.  Return postage on items returned due to fault, or damage caused whilst in transit will be covered by Tweed Bag Creations, customers returning items due to a change of mind will be responsible for the return postage.

I do accept exchanges but all postage costs for re sending are to be paid by the buyer.
